What does the DUALSAW come with?

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes, there is a 30-day money back guarantee (less S&H).

Is there a warranty?

Yes, the saw includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and we offer an additional 1-year warranty for purchase. The manufacturer's warranty begins the day the product is shipped or purchased and guarantees that the machine is free of fault in terms of material and operation.

We will repair the unit free of charge during the term of the guarantee as long as the deficiencies are clearly caused by construction or material faults, if the machine is returned to us in the defective condition, S&H paid. The guarantee does not apply for defects from normal wear, negligence, abnormal or overloading, and does not cover cables, plugs or carbon brushes.

How much is sales tax?

Applicable sales tax applies for FL 7%, NV 7.12%, SC 7.5% and CA 9.25%.

How do I change blades?

Using the Key Tool included in the offer, please refer to the Instruction Manual for simple directions on how to effortlessly change blades.

What do the Tungsten Carbide-Tipped Blades cut?

Cut through metals, plastics and wood with the Tungsten Carbide-Tipped Blades. Specifically, hard and soft woods, hard metals, soft metals plastics, formica, PVC, iron, aluminum, corrugated steel, brass, copper, industrial grade rebar and more. (Note: soft metals require using the lubrication sticks-10 included with main offer, and additional sticks available)

What can I cut with the Diamond Blades?

Diamond Blades cut through masonry - including tile, stone, granite and much more without needing a wet saw.

How do the Lubrication Sticks work?

Lubrication sticks are effortlessly placed in the lubrication system on the top of the saw (Upper Guard), and by turning the knob, the blades are effortlessly lubricated as the wax is fed on the blades during cutting. They help guide the Tungsten Carbide-Tipped blades through soft metals i.e. copper, aluminum, tin, stainless steel and cast iron. They fit flawlessly into the top of the saw and when the saw is powered on, they move downwards onto the blade - allowing the machine to cut easily through soft metals without warping or damaging them (aluminum, brass, copper).
