Return Policy and Instructions

To avoid additional fees and ensure refund, please read, understand and comply with the ENTIRE Return Policy on this page and follow the outlined requirements below. Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow 1-3 days for refund to process after your return package has been received by our warehouse.

  1. Contact customer service, email at customerservice@infusionbrands.com or phone at 1-855-382-5729 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).
  2. Package must be returned in original packaging, in the same or comparable shipping box with all components in new condition.
  3. Return must include original packing slip completed with required info (see lower left corner).
  4. Name, Address, Order No. and RMA# must be clearly written/printed on the outside of box.
  5. Must be shipped via insured trackable shipping method to the following Return Address:

Return Policy - Please Read

Please note that all returns require a return authorization number and must be shipped via a trackable shipping method. Returns not received within 15 days after rma is issued will not be refunded. Shipping and handling and trial fees are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be processed if the rma is issued within 30 days of purchase.

If you return your DualSaw for any reason, you will be charged scheduled payments until the date your order is received and processed as returned. Payments between the RMA issue date and return date are refundable (excluding shipping and handling and trial fees) if you return your product per the Packaging and Shipping Requirements (above) in a package postmarked within 15 days from the date the RMA is issued.

Delivery Dates and Deadlines: We determine your delivery and return dates by the Tracking Number of your parcel provided to us by the courier service provider. DualSaw products that are returned after the deadlines will not be sent back to the customer unless the customer requests to do so and agrees to pay all re-shipment processing fees and additional shipping and handling fees.

Warranty Information

If your product has a manufacturer's defect, you may return it for a replacement or repair. Your product comes with a free One Year warranty or you may have purchased an additional year for a total of Two years. If you are within warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer service, email at customerservice@infusionbrands.com or phone at 1-855-382-5729 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). They will issue a Prepaid Label (PPL) for your return.
  2. Name, Address, Order No. and RMA# must be clearly written/printed on the outside of box.
